Visa Information & Entry to Korea

Participants who wish to attend nanoMan/ICMTE 2026 in the Republic of Korea must possess a valid passport and, if required, a valid entry visa.
Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality. Some countries are eligible for visa-free entry for short-term visits. Participants are strongly advised to check the visa requirements with the Korean Embassy or Consulate in their country well in advance.

Visa Application Guidance

Participants who require a visa are strongly recommended to apply as early as possible.
As visa processing times may vary by country, early application is highly advised to avoid any delays in attending the conference.

Letter of Invitation for Visa Application

If you require an official letter of invitation for visa purposes, please submit the following documents to the Secretariat:

  • A copy of your passport
  • Completed application form (Information of Invitee)

Letters of invitation will be issued only to:

  • Registered participants
  • Authors of accepted abstracts/papers
  • Accompanying persons
Important Notice

Please note that the Organizing Committee of nanoMan/ICMTE 2026 cannot intervene in the visa issuance process at Korean Embassies or Consulates.
If a visa is not granted after registration, the registration fee will be refunded in accordance with the conference refund policy.
