Oral & Poster Presentation Information
1. ORAL PRESENTATION
Guidelines
- Please bring your presentation materials(PPT, PDF) on aUSB memory stick.
(No specific slide template is required.) - Any video or animation used in the presentation must be embedded in the file. To avoid font issues, embed all fonts in the presentation file.
- All slides should be prepared in a 16:9 format.
- Please arrive at the conference room at least 15 minutes before your presentation time and upload your presentation materials to the conference room computer.
- Please wear your name tag at all times and follow the instructions of the session chair.

2. POSTER PRESENTATION
Guidelines
- Presenters are required to print and bring their posters, and no specific format is required.
- All posters are to be provided by the presenters and to be strictly A0 size Portrait format. (84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm high)
- Items needed to attach the posters to the display board will be provided by the secretariat.
- There will be NO PRINTING SERVICE available at the conference venue.
Presentation Time : 3โ5 minutes
(Presenters should be prepared to answer questions from the poster session chair and wear their name tags.)
